This is year thirteen of serving Central KY's top lacrosse players. Our goal is to improve the game in Central KY by allowing Elite players the opportunity to compete with one another in practice and against the region’s best teams. Our distinguished coaching staff promotes fundamentals and age-appropriate skills and strategies. We believe in offering a positive, team-first environment that promotes player development.

Practice Schedule
Schedule: WHAT TO EXPECT
Fall (Late Sept - Nov): 5 team practices and 3 positional practices | 2 tournaments
Spring: Dead period
Summer (Late May - early Jul): 15 to 18 practices | 3 tournaments
Teams will begin practice after the spring season ends in mid to late May. The summer season ends after the final tournament.
Locations
Our home base is Transylvania University located in downtown Lexington. We utilize their recently re-turfed stadium and grass field within a few blocks of the stadium. For positional work, there are a few indoor facilities we utilize throughout Lexington.
Tournaments
2025 and 2026 teams will play at higher-level recruiting events throughout the fall and summer. 2027 and youth teams will compete in regional events with the goal of finding like competition. Note we may have to combine age groups in the fall depending on numbers.

We pride ourselves on offering the best value in the region! We offer competitive pricing with nearly 2x the number of practices.

Dues Notes
Due to legislation passed in late 2022, we are now required to charge KY Sales Tax on all services. This tax will be added at checkout.
Dues include tournament fees, coaches fees, field rentals, administrative costs, uniforms, and supplies. There are no separate player tournament fees. Additional costs not included: transportation and lodging.
New players will need to purchase a uniform set at $75.
Payments can be broken out into installments over the course of each session (Fall, Winter, Summer). We’re happy to work with you on a custom payment plan if needed. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Sibling Discounts: We value the opportunity to coach multiple players within a family and are happy to offer a discount in these situations. Contact us for more info.

When: Saturday August 26th and Sunday August 27th
Times:
2025: 8/27, noon to 1:30pm
2026: 8/27 1:30 to 3pm
2027: 8/27 3 to 4:30pm
2028/2029: 8/26, noon to 1:30pm
2030/2031: 8/26, 1:30 to to 3pm
Selection Process
Each team will consist of 20 to 24 players in total. Players will be selected based on overall potential and variables that include:
Overall Effort and Attitude
Stick Skills: passing, catching, cradling, groundball work, stick protection
Coachability: ability to listen and execute
Lacrosse IQ: overall understanding of the game
Athletic Ability: speed, strength, quickness, size, agility, stamina, etc.
The selection process is NOT pre-determined. Players who’ve played in the previous year are not guaranteed a spot.
Rosters will be posted no later than 2 weeks after the tryout date.
Selected players have (1) week following roster announcement to pay a $200 non-refundable initial deposit to reserve their spot otherwise it will be offered to another player.
